Everything sold in this shop has a 1 year warranty and 30 day money back guarantee.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with any of the products, you can return (part of) your order to get a refund. The following conditions apply:

  • You must request the return within 30 days of receiving the products through the contact page
  • The items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving confirmation
  • Products may not show any sign of damage or wear
  • Return shipping, including shipping costs and any damage caused during return shipping is your responsibility

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once the items are received and inspected you will receive a refund of the returned items within 30 days.

Customers within the European Union will also receive the original shipping costs (not the return shipping costs) if the complete order is returned.

Warranty

A one year warranty applies to all products sold in this store. In order to claim this warranty you will need to follow the following procedure:

  1. Contact us through the contact page with a detailed description of the problem
  2. We will first attempt to solve the problem remotely which might include some troubleshooting steps performed by you
  3. You might be asked to return the faulty item
  4. Depending on the product and/or situation, you will receive a repaired product, a (partial) refund, a replacement, or replacement parts

In case you are requested to return the faulty item we will inspect the product and determine if there is a valid warranty claim. If there is, we will proceed to point 4 above. Otherwise we can either ship the product back to you at your expense or you can choose to abandon it.

Exceptions

In the following cases or situations your warranty claim will be denied:

  • Firmware or software issues that can be solved with an update
  • Normal wear and tear, including reduced battery capacity
  • Visual defects/imperfections originating from the production process (such as 3D printing)
  • Damage caused by the user or due to negligence of the user
  • Damage caused by third parties or products of third parties (such as USB chargers)
  • User error or inability to use the product as intended
  • You cannot or will not identify either yourself or the order (order nr, sales date, etc)
  • Any attempt has been made at unauthorised repairs, alterations or modifications
